3JM specializes in the use of CNC Swiss turning machines. Our capabilities are utilized to provide precision machined components done in one operation for our customers. We currently run two Citizen Swiss Lathes, with plans to add more, and can run bar stock from 1/8" up to 1 3/8". From one-off prototypes to high-volume manufacturing, components can be machined from customer-provided prints or reverse engineered from physical parts. We are ISO 9001 compliant and in the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified.
Our Swiss machines, paired with magazine bar loaders, are equipped to handle small to high-volume orders.
Eight cutting axes (X1, Y1, Z1, X2, Y2, Z2, C1, C2), capable of holding up to 44 tools mounted inside the machine, with LFV technology.
Front and rear spindles let us process both ends of a part simultaneously — producing parts complete with no additional machining operations.
Run bar stock from 1/8" up to 1 3/8", from prototypes through high-volume production runs.
