3JM specializes in the use of CNC Swiss turning machines, our capabilities are utilized to provide precision machined components done in one operation to our customers. We currently have two Citizen Swiss Lathe’s, with the plan to add more this year. We have the capability to run bar stock from 1/8” up to 1 3/8” size. From one-off prototypes to high-volume manufacturing. Components can either be machined from customer provided prints or reverse engineered from physical parts. We are ISO 9001 compliant, and we are in the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified.

Our Swiss Machines, along with magazine bar loaders, are equipped to handle small to high volume orders. These CNC Swiss type machines have front and rear spindles which allow us to process both ends of a part simultaneously. This feature gives us the capability to produce parts complete with no additional machining operations.
